Our lifetime warranty on all workmanship covers any installation provided by INARAY. We stand behind the quality of our workmanship, and in the rare event there is an issue related to the original installation we will honor our lifetime workmanship warranty and resolve the issue free of charge.
Manufacturer’s warranties vary. Because INARAY creates original lighting designs based on your home’s unique features, your selected product/s may or may not include a lifetime warranty. We select products based on design intent, and in our experience, most high-end products rarely include a lifetime warranty. Should you prefer your lighting solutions based on receiving a lifetime manufacturer’s warranty, we will work within these design parameters to achieve the best possible results.
