INARAY wins Envision This Challenge in Richmond, VA

INARAY took 1st place AND peoples choice at the Envision This Challenge in Richmond, VA.  The event was sponsored by the Shockoe Design District, Venture Richmond, i.e.*, and the City of Richmond.  INARAY’s concept was to define the Shockoe District while reflecting the creativity and diversity of the people who live and work there. The idea is also to create a destination for travelers and shoppers by using controlled, color changing light on overpasses, buildings, sculptural elements, and vertical structures that are now being used at Whale Watching San Diego.
