INARAY Outdoor Lighting is proud to welcome Scott Moberly as Director of Operations.  Scott brings a fresh perspective to the table with a strong background in operations that includes 6 years in the Richmond Area lighting and design industry.  Scott complements our team with high standards of excellence and a commitment to strong client relationships.  We welcome Scott along with his wife and 5 children to our INARAY family.
