Todd Peace
President
Todd founded INARAY in 2002 with a vision to bring together design and technology in a way that transforms how people experience their homes. With a background in horticulture and an instinct for systems thinking, he’s built a multifaceted company known for its innovation and thoughtful design. Growing up in a family business shaped how he leads today: every decision is made with long-term impact in mind. Todd’s passion lies in refining processes, solving problems, and empowering others to do great work. He’s proud of the team that now defines INARAY’s success. Away from the office, Todd is always up for a round of golf with friends. He’s also a huge fan of Formula One and the America’s Cup—and would love to be on one of those teams if given the chance. He and his wife, Heidi, live in Westham with their daughter, Kinsley.
Scott Moberly
Lead Landscape Lighting Designer
Scott has been creating extraordinary outdoor spaces at INARAY since 2011. With a background in physics and engineering, he brings technical rigor to every design—but it’s his empathy and creativity that make each project shine. Scott listens closely, designs thoughtfully, and creates lighting environments that reflect how clients want to feel in their space. His favorite part? When a long-time client greets him like an old friend. Outside of work you will find Scott hanging out with his wife, cat, two dogs and ten chickens! Scott is most at home in his vegetable garden or collecting eggs from his chickens and loves to cook what he grows. You may also pass him on a mountain trail looking for one of Virginia’s many waterfalls. He’s a proud dad and grandfather to 8 grandchildren that keep his weekends busy.
Greg Margeson
Lead AV Designer
Greg specializes in creating smart, comfortable spaces that blend technology into the design without drawing attention to it. He has decades of experience in audio, video, control and automation systems that include roles for world-class brands like Lutron and Sonance. He credits working at the manufacturer level for several years for giving him firsthand insight into industry trends, which he now uses to keep INARAY ahead of the curve. Integrating the diverse categories of the AV and home intelligence worlds, Greg consistently delivers an expert mix of performance, reliability, and visual appeal. Fun facts about Greg…. He attended VCU and has a musical background that landed him a spot with the Richmond Philharmonic. He is always searching for the perfect cup of coffee, has a soft spot for vintage fashion, and loves spending time with his wife and kids.
Daniel Morgan
Lighting Designer
Since joining INARAY in 2017, Daniel has steadily grown into a key member of the design team, known for his thoughtful approach and technical precision. With a background in information technology and a passion for problem-solving, he brings both analytical skill and creative curiosity to every project. Daniel stays current on the latest lighting products and says that it allows him to have something in his toolbox for any scenario. Whether he’s laying out a complex plan or finding the perfect fixture, he’s always working toward a space that feels both functional and alive after dark. Outside the office, Daniel’s world is filled with live music, art, and retro tech. He plays bass, enjoys a good film or music critique, and loves learning about Japanese culture and design. His appreciation for detail, both technical and artistic, runs deep in everything he does.
Beth King
Window Treatment Designer
We’re thrilled to have seasoned window treatment designer Beth King on the INARAY team. Beth got her start in a fabric store and now has twenty years of experience in the industry. Her knowledge of indoor and outdoor window treatments is combined with an eye for style. She has a solution for every problem and is a great partner to her colleagues at INARAY. Beth loves creating a finishing touch to pull a whole room together so when she’s finished with the windows, don’t forget to ask about cushions and accessories! On the weekends, she loves tackling home improvement projects with her family and this lady knows her way around a power tool.
Henry Beecroft
Project Manager, AV
Henry is the practical guiding hand of INARAY’s AV installations. As Project Manager, he coordinates scheduling, product logistics, system programming, and client communication—ensuring that we deliver on the promise of precision and polish. With a strong technical foundation and a growing expertise in IT networking, Henry is especially skilled at managing the increasingly complex demands of modern smart homes. He thrives on collaboration and problem-solving in the field and is always focused on making the vision of the project a reality. Outside of work, Henry’s love of adventure takes him from local bike trails to snow-covered slopes. He volunteers with Hanover Fire EMS and finds time to enjoy Richmond’s restaurant scene, a good local brew, and the occasional weekend trip to the mountains.
Thomas Allanson
Project Manager, Landscape Lighting
Thomas is the trusted translator between vision and execution for the Landscape Lighting team. He takes the custom plans and turns them into expertly installed systems—troubleshooting, coordinating with trade partners, and ensuring every detail is right on site. With a broad background that includes library sciences, he brings a deep respect for process and a talent for problem-solving to the job. He believes in the power of teamwork to accomplish goals and enjoys the collaborative culture at INARAY. He’s at his best when blending creativity with precision, finding the smartest path through even the most complex installations. When he’s not on a job site, Thomas can be found working in his own wonderful yard. He enjoys visiting with family and friends or going out to a local improv show – because, as he reminds us, life is too short not to laugh.
Cathie Caminiti
Operations & Employee Relations
Cathie first worked with INARAY in its early years and returned in 2024 to lead operations and employee development as the company scales. Her background includes leadership roles across sales, service, and luxury retail—including a formative role at Coach that deepened her understanding of people management, team motivation and the power of consistent execution. With hands-on experience at both regional firms and national brands, Cathie brings a strong foundation of team leadership, hands on strategy execution and a results-oriented mindset. She simplifies the cross-functional oversight role into the phrase “I’m the get it done person!” Cathie loves creating structure, streamlining operations, and helping each team member succeed in their role. In her downtime she enjoys traveling, especially going home to England. Her happy place is a beach chair, book and the sound of the ocean or spending time gardening in the company of two mischievous cats. Above all she values family time and the smiles of her new granddaughter.
Denise Volponi
Bookkeeper
Denise has been with INARAY since 2017. Her experience and strengths help provide a solid organizational base for the company. She is serious about numbers and attention to detail, but she also enjoys the relaxed and fun company culture. Growing up in Brazil for the first 26 years of her life, she remembers fondly the trips she would take with her family each year to Brazil’s coastline. She misses the Brazilian pizza the most but has come to enjoy American pizza as well! When she’s not working, you might find Denise catching up on Netflix shows with her husband Trevor and organizing things around her house. She loves country music (like favorites Blake Shelton and Carrie Underwood) and 90’s alternative rock.
Courtnie Gill
Administrative Support
Courtnie joined INARAY during the busy holiday season and immediately proved she was someone the team could count on. With over 15 years of customer service experience, she quickly became a cornerstone of the admin team, known for her adaptability, attention to detail, and warm rapport with both clients and coworkers. Whether handling day-to-day logistics or being the first friendly voice a customer hears, Courtnie helps the operation run smoothly. She takes pride in ensuring that everyone who works with INARAY feels valued and supported. What she enjoys most is the variety each day brings and the opportunity to work alongside different departments. Outside the office, Courtnie loves spending time outdoors with her family—hiking, camping, or enjoying good food and new places. A favorite local spot is Billsburg Brewery, where you’ll find her soaking in live music, beautiful views, and well-earned downtime.
