About INARAY
Todd Peace
Owner Todd Peace founded INARAY back in 2002. He mixes his depth of design knowledge with a background in Horticulture to create outdoor rooms that come alive at night. His affinity for refining processes and making things run well has enabled INARAY to grow and evolve through the years. When Todd isn’t meeting with clients, architects and builders, you might find him at a nearby golf course perfecting his swing alongside friends. He and his wife, Heidi, reside in Westham with their daughter Kinsley.
Scott Moberly
Scott has been with INARAY Design Group since 2011. If you have the opportunity to work with him as your designer, you will be greeted with a warm smile and friendly disposition. His background in Physics and Engineering compels him to bring a level of excellence and refined detail to each design. When Scott is not working, you can find him enjoying time fishing with his 6 grandchildren, hiking in the mountains with his beautiful wife, or playing with his 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 7 chickens. He also enjoys cooking and has a huge vegetable garden!
Greg Margeson
As INARAY’s expansion into lighting controls and audio design grows, we’ve welcomed seasoned professional Greg Margeson on board. With decades of experience behind him, Greg delivers a visionaries touch and exemplary execution to audio and lighting control design. His most recent role was territory manager for world class brands like Lutron and Sonance in Virginia and Washington DC. He attended VCU and has a musical background which landed him a spot with the Richmond Philharmonic in the past. When Greg isn’t working, his time is filled spending time with his wife and kids, searching for the perfect cup of coffee and adding unique vintage pieces to his wardrobe.
Daniel Morgan
“There is an art, [the Guide] says, or, rather, a knack to flying. The knack lies in learning how to throw yourself at the ground and miss.” – Douglas Adams, Life, the Universe, and Everything
Joining the team in fall 2017, Daniel has quickly become an integral part of INARAY’s team. His educational background in information technology mixed with keen abilities in problem solving strengthens and supports the team in many diverse ways. His affinity for a wide spectrum of music includes extreme metal to soothing jazz. Collecting vinyl records, learning how to speak different languages (specifically Norwegian) and sharpening his skills on the bass are just a few things you may find Daniel doing outside the office. Our youngest designer, Daniel offers a fresh approach to meeting your lighting needs and understands your desire to create a space both alive and inviting to enjoy at night.
Denise Volponi
In late 2017, Denise came on board as INARAY’s newest book keeper. She enjoys the relaxed and fun company culture at work and fits well in her role with her strengths of responsibility, discipline and consistency. Growing up in Brazil for the first 26 years of her life, she remembers fondly the trips she would take with her family each year to Brazil’s coastline. She misses the Brazilian pizza the most, but has come to enjoy American pizza as well! While not at work, you might find Denise catching up on Netflix shows with her husband Trevor, and organizing things around her house. She loves country music (specifically Blake Shelton and Carrie Underwood) and 90’s alternative rock. She moved to Virginia from Miami Beach a couple of years ago and has been a wonderful addition to the team.
Henry Beecroft
A seasoned leader on INARAY’s team, Henry Beecroft came on the scene in November 2015. As a nationally registered EMT, he volunteered for the Hanover Fire EMS Dept. after high school and continues to volunteer his time when he’s not working. With an affinity for life in the River City, he savors the local eats of The Hill Café, mountain biking, venturing around Belle Isle and enjoying Hardywood Brewery’s Cream Ale. Among all of his outdoor activities, Henry is probably the fondest of snowboarding. One day he hopes to travel to Mont Tremblant, Canada, to experience the elevation and thrills its slopes offer. Through the year, his methodical and detail oriented disposition keeps INARAY’s Audio/Video projects and Holiday Lighting installations running proficiently. He likes that he’s able to call the people he works with friends, and enjoys the trust and autonomy working for INARAY provides.
Beth King
We’re so excited to welcome seasoned window treatment designer Beth King. She joins us with almost 20 years experience in the field, after getting her start working in a fabric store. Adept at problem solving and building relationships, Beth loves creating a finishing touch to pull a whole room together. On the weekends, she loves tackling home improvement projects with her family and knows her way around a power tool.
Eli Johnson
As the AV side of the business continues to grow, we’ve welcomed Eli onboard for design and engineering support. With many years of technical service experience, he creates documents to keep our audio, video, and security projects running smoothly. He loves floor plans and the visual aspect of seeing a design come together. Eli’s time outside the office is spent traveling to visit extended family with his wife and daughter. When he’s in the office, you can bet his chocolate lab Bear is napping under his desk.
Jonathan Fernandez
Jonathan is the hard-working leader and technician of our holiday and landscape lighting crews. His past experience as a kindergarten teacher has prepared him to be a patient leader, and his upbeat personality keeps spirits high in the field. When not working to bring holiday cheer, he likes playing board games, reading poetry, and solving all things true crime.
Fiona Jensen
Fiona joined the team during the 2019 holiday lighting season. She came to VCU in 2010 to study Interior Design, fell in love with Richmond, and has been here ever since. She loves using her eye for design to select the perfect light fixtures for our clients, and expanding her marketing skills by creating our emails and managing our social media accounts. After work, you can find her at a local live music or trivia night, reading a book of short stories, or dreaming about going back to Italy for a vacation.
